Clari is hiring a Head of Business Development to lead partnerships and unlock a number of key strategic value drivers across the entire business. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong vision, understands the sales & marketing tech landscape, and is a self starter who can turn vision into reality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forge partnerships with key System Integrators (Slalom, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) and Strategic Consultants (BCG, McKinsey, Bain); design a value added service package and initiate key lighthouse deals

Manage Venture Capital & Private Equity relationships to ensure Clari is not only promoted technology but required equipment for portfolio companies

Work with the largest technology firms / platforms in the world (ie Adobe/Marketo or Microsoft/LinkedIn) on strategic go-to-market plans

Partner with Clari’s ISV Coalition team on GTM

Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver comprehensive strategy plans with our partners

Identify and initiate partnership opportunities with ISVs to enhance the Clari data-hub offering, extending the API ecosystem, unlocking more value for Clari, Clari’s customers, and partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and/or Marketing experience at a technology or services company. A leading B2B software company preferred.

Strong project management, quantitative and analytical skills - able to distill data into insights

Demonstrated ability to absorb and learn new domains quickly

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence internal and partner executives

Understanding of assigned partner(s) strategic and competitive positioning and key goals and objectives

Expert technology acumen is required; must be able to go deep on product infrastructure and see opportunities for value added partnerships. 

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences

Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills – with the ability to develop work in relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside Clari

Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Masterful manager of multiple projects, activities, tasks across work-streams
