Work with Head of People and Head of Talent to co-develop short- and long-term employee-facing programs and policies and position them for successful adoption
Program-manage impactful People programs, including but not limited to Performance Management, Engagement, Leadership and Development training, Diversity and Inclusion & the Clari Internship Program
Develop and launch new programs as needed to enrich the professional development of our employees
Develop key operational metrics for the programs and monitor performance
Track delivery against program objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies
Serve as the “hub” for assigned People program details and schedules
Maintain documentation for all People and Culture Team programs and processes
5+ years HR or People Operations experience including program management
Exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize, prioritize, and execute objectives
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to identify the needs of teams as they relate to People programs
Strategic, analytical thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up one’s sleeves and get into the weeds; passion for problem solving with a creative mindset, creating recommendations and driving the action plans for solving those problems
Proven success in a metric-driven team and company
Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Experience as an effective communicator of programs and concepts at all levels
Ability to work on issues independently
