The Value Consultant is a customer-facing expert who helps clients develop business cases and advise them on how to extract value from experimentation and personalization. This role will work on high-value client engagements and coach others on developing business cases. The Value Consultant will grow into subject matter experts who drive research and create scalable materials to benefit the broader company and digital experience industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Quantifying the impact of working with Optimizely
Devising strategies and roadmaps together with clients, sales, and services
Developing C-Level strategic and financial presentations to provide honest guidance and establish realistic long-term goals
Refining ROI/TCO models and frameworks, developing client-facing online tools and frameworks
Supporting Account Executives as thought partners on the deal strategy
Scaling your knowledge throughout the go-to-market organization by conducting targeted research
Contributing to financial and strategic case studies
Publishing industry-facing thought leadership
Partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to continuously improve the enterprise sales approach
What we are looking for:
4+ years fo experience in:
Analytics, digital customer experience, or conversion optimization
Management consulting, investment banking, or in-house strategy
SaaS, ideally for a customer experience technology
Ability to facilitate executive level discussions
Ability to explain strategy and concepts to executives, technical teams, practitioners, and other stakeholders
Proven communication and presentation skills
Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, financial / business case models
Ability to understand, interact with, and advise various C-level stakeholders
Familiarity with customer experience technology, able to understand digital analytics and design / product / CRO processes
Experience working with sales management and field sales
