Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Numerify

Duties and responsibilities

    • Support CEO with scheduling, travel arrangements and expense reports
    • Support Finance VP with ad hoc analyses, information gathering, and document management, and drive finance back office processes – e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales taxes, and audits
    • Assist with Human Resources activities – e.g. onboarding, compliance, benefits management
    • Arrange events, offsite meetings, weekly lunches and happy hours
    • Maintain office facilities and kitchen supplies
    • First point of contact, phone and office


    • Office management, administrative, and organizational skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Suite -- Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Ideally experienced with some of our productivity tools -- Namely, NetSuite, TripActions, Expensify,
    • Ability to prioritize deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and follow through
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
    • Assertive, energetic, and positive personality
    • Appreciation of confidentiality requirements
    • Comfort in a dynamic startup environment
