Tealium’s Integrated Solutions Managers are responsible for establishing and growing relationships with best-of-breed digital marketing companies. This role requires a deep understanding of Tealium’s solutions, value and positioning alongside other digital marketing industry technologies. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing strategic relationships with technology partners and commercial/referral partners. The candidate will have had substantial success in developing joint solutions, go-to-market strategies, and value propositions with technology partners. Background or industry experience in ad-tech, mar-tech, SaaS, software integrations, channel / reseller, advertising agency, account management, or related industries/functions will be beneficial for this role. Preferred platform experience/expertise (not required): Google/Adobe analytics, demand side platforms, data management platforms, ad exchanges & SSPs, ESPs & marketing automation, database & data streaming (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).


    • Work with both partner and Tealium technical, marketing and channel teams to develop and deliver integrated product offerings as well as supporting sales materials and go-to-market plans
    • Develop success metrics and development plans with key partners and ensure performance through ongoing communication
    • Plan and participate in targeted webinars, industry conferences, and partner events
    • Educate partner sales, marketing and support teams to help them better understand Tealium’s solutions and joint value proposition
    • Field inbound integration/partnership requests from third party vendors and prioritize those requests accordingly
    • Work closely with the Tealium engineering team to research and scope new tech partner integrations
    • Execute legal documents such as mutual NDA’s and sandbox agreements
    • Update and maintain Tealium listings on tech partner websites and exchanges


    • Presentation experience that demonstrates digital marketing knowledge, business acumen and effective communication skills
    • Ability to assess partner requirements, identify business problems and demonstrate proposed solutions leveraging partner and industry solutions
    • 2-4+ years experience supporting customers and partners in the digital marketing space
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience
    • Travel may be required for this role
