We’re looking for a content strategist to develop and write content for Tealium, continually improve that content, and evolve Tealium’s voice and content standards. The role requires you to have an exceptionally strong writing background, marketing experience for a digital marketing company, and to be both hands on and strategic. The role will include working comfortably across teams to drive content initiatives for a diverse and growing solution set. The position is based in San Diego.


    • Develop, research, and write materials including reports, white papers, customer stories, blog posts, data sheets, etc.
    • Help lead internal process to develop and shape overarching strategic storylines and brand voice for Tealium content.
    • Evaluate, shape, and implement content strategies designed to promote the Tealium’s brand.
    • Drive content strategy–provide editorial content and strategic recommendations for projects while ensuring consistency with content standards and best practices.
    • Ensure all public facing content is produced with a consistent voice and tone.
    • Help create and write collateral and sales tools, including customer stories, datasheets, video and more in conjunction with the product marketing team.
    • Capable of translating complex technical information into easily understood business language.
    • Evaluate, optimize, and refine site content.
    • Responsible for the management and development of editorial calendar including, but not limited to, blogs, webinars, infographics, videos, surveys, etc.
    • May perform content audits, gap analysis, metadata frameworks, content style guides, and content migration plans.
    • Ability to work with a variety of departments in the organization, from technical product teams to Solutions Engineers, to Sales.
    • Perform the end-to-end content creation and delivery process, from collecting input from multiple sources to delivery of content for approval by business stakeholders.
    • Ensures proactive content governance and maintenance processes, to ensure consistency, timeliness, accuracy and relevance. Functions as an avid editor of all content.


    • Exceptional verbal, written, research and presentation skills.
    • Experience in the MarTech, Data and Analytics industry would be an advantage.

    • Understanding of Value Selling Concepts a plus but not mandatory.
