We are looking for an Account Manager based in the UK who is fluent in English but can also have a business conversation in Swedish or Danish. The ideal candidate will need to navigate a fast-past environment while having a laser-like focus on ensuring customer satisfaction remains high, assisting with tactical day-to-day needs as well as building a long-term strategic partnership with the accounts.  The Account Management position requires strong communication and relationship skills, collaborating with many internal teams as well as a broad spectrum of roles and positions at customer accounts.


    • Own and manage the relationship between Tealium and client with a focus on ensuring a long term customer partnership.
    • Manage the entire renewal negotiation process including creating service orders and addendums, obtaining necessary client signatures and communicating with management.
    • Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams in a timely manner. This includes prioritizing and escalating important issues, providing ongoing status updates and properly managing expectations, and working with other internal teams as needed (including on upsell/cross-sell opportunities).
    • Experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects with proven success with cross departmental cooperation. Can include creating project timelines, maintaining project plan, driving diverse teams to stay on course, and communicating ongoing status of all projects to relevant stakeholders.
    • Become an expert in Tealium products, assisting in client enablement and expanding their usage of the Tealium products.
    • Become a trusted advisor to guide clients to achieve their online business objectives.
    • Some travel required for customer onsite visits


    • You speak English and Swedish or Danish
    • You bring 5 or more years of strong Account Management experience in the digital marketing/SaaS world
    • You have a proven track record of customer retention and upselling fueled by a positive attitude and your capacity to build deep relationships.
    • You have the confidence to act autonomously as needed and to think creatively to solve problems, drive issues and projects to completion, and remain focused in high-pressure situations
    • You have exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
    • You are enthusiastic about the culture of high growth companies.
    • Technical skill and an understanding of JavaScript a plus.
    • Professions skills with one or more Nordic languages
