WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 
Tealium is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Education Team. This team delivers high quality education to our customers and business partners. As a member of this team you would be working closely with our training and development teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate technical training courses covering the Tealium platform.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

    • Execute instructor-led, virtual and workshop-based training for open enrollment and private training groups of customers and partners
    • Design, develop and maintain training materials to meet business and learning objects
    • Create relevant exercises and examples to re-enforce learning objectives
    • Develop and optimize courseware for new and existing courses to ensure a high standard of course development and delivery
    • Observe and evaluate the results of training courses and programs
    • Analyze effectiveness of training programs and make/recommend improvements
    • Coordinate on-site training requests with Tealium clients and partners and ensure that delivered training meets their specification
    • Be Empathetic: Communicate professionally with a wide range of technical and non-technical customers to empower them within our product
    • Be Curious: Have an open mind, listen intently, ask questions relentlessly, and have fun learning

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT

    • Ability to deliver training material for a range of roles and technical capabilities.
    • Extensive experience of delivery of technical training in a software environment.
    • Previous experience undertaking Training Needs Analysis.
    • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
    • Preferred experience using training authoring tools tools such as Adobe Captivate, inDesign.
    • Preferred experience with digital marketing and web analytics products such as Adobe Analytics,
    • WebTrends, Google Analytics, Adwords.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a clear and articulate speaker
    • Willingness to travel regularly within Europe, and occasionally globally. (50% Travel).
    • Fluency in German required
