About the Role

ThousandEyes is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounts Payable Jr. Accountant to ensure the company’s accounting function continues to scale and support the company’s rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the value of ongoing process improvement. This full-time position is located at our headquarters in San Francisco.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, you will be:

  • The owner of the AP inbox and review, analyze, and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Responsible for reconciling corporate credit cards
  • Review employee expense reports for compliance with T&E policy
  • Provide guidance and instruction to employees regarding T&E expense matters
  • Ensure contracts are in place for large expenditure contracts such as SAAS and consulting
  • Coordinate with the accounting team in preparation of monthly accounting closes
  • Assist in bank reconciliation process
  • Provide wide range of support for financial audits


Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in early stage companies
  • Big 4 experience and CPA certification is a plus
  • Solid understanding of general accounting concepts
  • Experience with Coupa, Concur, and NetSuite or Sage Intacct
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP functions, etc.)
